David McCallum is a Scottish actor who has brought the character’ Ducky Mallard’ to life on NCIS. McCallum’s personal life is as successful as his professional one. He walked down the aisle with his lady love Katherine Carpenter, over five decades ago. Their love seems as strong as it was on day one! However, Katherine is McCallum’s second wife, and they are always in each other’s company, showing their fondness for each other. McCallum is currently in his late eighties, and so he is at a stage in his life where he appreciates the small pleasures in life.

David and Katherine met back when Katherine was working as a fashion model. They tied the knot in 1967, which was also the same year as his divorce from his first wife, Jill Ireland. The couple has three children together – Sophie and Peter and Jason. However, their son Jason died at the young age of 27 in the year 1989.
