These Hollywood Couples Have Stood The Test Of Time And Are In Love Even Today
Barbara Mandrell and Ken Dudney – 52 years
The country music singer is no less than an icon in this industry. Lovingly called The Sweetheart of Steel, Barbara Mandrell has swept us off our feet with her albums and chartbuster singles. Her massive success led the Country Music Association to bestow the title of Entertainer of the Year in the years 1980 and 1981.
This marriage of 52 years has been one of success and we have ample reasons to give them their due credit. They got introduced to each other when Mandrell’s dad included Ken as a drummer into the Mandrell Family Band. Dudney and Barbara were just 21 and 14 years of age respectively back then, but the mutual admiration they had, forced them to fall in love with each other.
