¿Por qué seguir una dieta Paleo?
Aunque muchas personas todavía no entienden del todo qué es la dieta Paleo, es posible que hayas oído hablar de ella.
Paleo es una abreviatura de Paleolítico o Edad de Piedra. Solo consume cosas que la gente habría comido en la Edad de Piedra si sigue una dieta paleo, comúnmente conocida como la “dieta del hombre de las cavernas”. Hace mucho tiempo, los hombres de las cavernas cazaban y recolectaban alimentos que solo podían encontrar, como abundancia de frutas y verduras frescas, carne y pescado.
En 2010, Cooper comenzó la dieta y experimentó una transformación radical en su vida. Pero, ¿cómo afectaría eso a un bebé? La elección de Cooper fue recibida con escepticismo.
