Junto con las recetas, Cooper hizo su fortuna dando clases particulares y dirigiendo talleres para aquellos que buscaban cambiar sus hábitos alimenticios y estilo de vida. Aunque Cooper cree en la alimentación saludable, también afirma que “la comida saludable no tiene por qué ser dañina”.
Ella dijo: “Me encanta cocinar alimentos nutritivos y saludables que no tengan conservantes ni aditivos artificiales. Me gusta usar ingredientes que estén lo más cerca posible de su estado natural y que hayan sufrido la menor cantidad de procesamiento”.
