The Beautiful and Grotesque: Body-Paint Ideas That’ll Leave You in Shock!
A Tribute to Lost Music
The beauty of body painting is that it leaves room for other mediums to be used. Take this piece, for example. The artist is obviously trying to depict love for a good tune. But rather than paint in all the musical notes or vinyl, they decided to glue the additions onto the model’s body.
Music is one of the most beautiful things about being human. Research has also shown that listening to music can aid heart health, stimulate memories and reduce stress. It hardly matters that the world has moved on from vinyl and physical CDs to Spotify and Apple Music.
NEXT: This artist makes a bold statement with body art.
