Angelina Jolie is a name every movie buff is well conversant with. The acting genes were passed on to her by her parents, Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand. Marcheline, herself a popular actress, got involved with humanitarian work and ran several charitable foundations, apart from building retirement homes in her lifetime. Bertrand breathed her last in 2007 after being agonized by ovarian cancer for a long period of time. Jolie has garnered a massive fortune in her banks and continues to take care of her mom’s foundations, besides endowing her charities and allocating funds for the cancer-afflicted people.
