Grace Slick — October 30, 1939
Musician and model Grace Slick has taken retirement but she had a great career for four decades. Apart from being part of bands like The Great Society, Jefferson Airplane, and a few others, Grace found success as a solo artist with hits like “Somebody To Love”, “White Rabbit”, and “We Built This City”. Once she retired, a lot of things, both happy and unfortunate, happened around the same time. She went through a divorce and a breakup, her house caught fire, and she finally embarked on another artistic journey. Counseling might have helped when she was going through one crisis after another, but she found peace with a paintbrush in hand and a passion to create.
