Lucy Liu’s athletic characters in Kill Bill and Charlie’s Angels have impressed all and sundry, and the 49-year-old is pretty active in real life, too. Liu is a Pilates aficionado, and she wards off those extra pounds with regular cardio. As far as her diet is concerned, Liu prefers high-fiber and high-protein meals but also loves to binge on occasional carbs to procure the energy needed for her workouts.
