Cooking Up a Change
The couple knew they had to overhaul their eating habits if they were serious about transforming their lives. After committing to a month of home-cooked meals, Lexi and Danny found themselves in uncharted territory. What had once been a shared love for food now became a shared passion for cooking.
Though pre-made meal plans were tempting, they chose a different path. Lexi and Danny wanted control over every ingredient that went into their bodies, ensuring they were making healthier choices. It would take more time and effort, but the couple was determined. Cooking together would strengthen their bond and give them a sense of accomplishment.
