For Lexi, there was another, more magical reason to change her life. As a child, she had been captivated by the world of “Harry Potter,” and as an adult, the magic still held her. Over time, the wizarding world expanded with films, plays, and even a theme park in Florida.
Lexi dreamed of visiting that magical place, but her weight made it feel out of reach. Booking a plane ticket was impossible, and the thought of fitting on rides seemed daunting. Her dream of stepping into that world was slipping away unless she could find a way to shed the weight that was holding her back.
