From Doubt to Triumph
During her workouts, Lexi struggled to find equipment that worked for her. Many machines were too small for her, given her weight, and her joint pain made others almost impossible to use. Then, she discovered the Cross Ramp, a machine she initially thought would be too much for her at 485 pounds.
Despite her doubts, she decided to give it a try. Every day, she set small goals for herself, determined to improve. Each time she returned, she pushed herself to beat her previous time. Over time, Lexi noticed something incredible—she was getting faster and stronger, and her confidence soared with every session.
