Dancing into Confidence
As Lexi’s confidence grew and she bonded with new friends in her Pulse class, she started feeling more comfortable in her skin. Her body was changing, and she loved what she saw. This newfound confidence sparked her to try something new: dancing. She quickly discovered how much she enjoyed the rhythm and movement.
With encouragement from Danny and her friends, she threw herself into it. Not only did it feel fun, but dancing also became an excellent fat burner. What started as a fitness craze in the 1970s evolved over the decades, eventually giving rise to the energetic Jazzercise movement in the 1980s.
