This Couple Lost Half Their Body Weight and Found True Love
Lofty Dreams Meet Reality
After an exhausting search, Lexi finally found a gown that made her feel beautiful on her wedding day. In October 2015, they had their dream ceremony and exchanged vows, sealing their fairytale with a kiss. But the joy didn’t last long. As they settled into married life, bigger fears began to creep in.
Both dreamed of having children, but the reality of their health stood in the way. Obesity posed serious risks for a safe pregnancy, and Lexi feared the complications wouldn’t end there. Conceiving would be difficult, and even if she managed, the process of childbirth could endanger her and her baby’s well-being.
