Danny loved hiking through nature with his friends, but during one of those hikes, he had an eye-opening experience. As his friends pressed on ahead, he found himself struggling to keep up. They’d stop every so often, calling back to check if he was okay. That moment stuck with him.

He and Lexi set a timeline for a month of lifestyle changes, fueled by a friendly bet from a pal, sparking their determination.
