While working a job with a strict schedule, Lexi realized she needed to prioritize her health and fitness. Ignoring them would cost her well-being. She adjusted her routine, becoming an early riser. By waking up at 6 a.m., she carved out time to focus on herself.
Mornings became her chance to exercise, prepare a healthy breakfast, and start her day on the right foot. Previously, breakfast meant skipping the meal entirely or grabbing something unhealthy from McDonald’s, like a large Coke and a calorie-loaded sandwich.
