Health problems were beginning to take a toll on their lives. Every attempt at physical activity came with pain—joint aches, breathlessness, and exhaustion. Their once-active lives had turned sedentary, and it felt like simple walks or short bike rides were battles. One day, Lexi had enough. She could no longer ignore the frustration building inside her.
