A New Kind of Ride
After a month of dedication, Lexi saw a change—almost nine kilos (19.84 lbs) lighter. This success pushed the couple to extend what was supposed to be a one-month fitness experiment into a full year of commitment. They didn’t know how deeply it would transform their lives. They could finally ride amusement park attractions again. It was a major victory, especially since they had been turned away from a ride on an early date due to their weight. Lexi, once out of breath after walking a block and living on fast food, now had the stamina to cook and thrive.
