Lexi and Danny’s weight gain was largely fueled by their eating habits. Instead of cooking healthy meals at home, they relied on takeout and fast food. With growing awareness about health and the rise of easy-to-follow recipes online, it was clear that change was on the horizon for Lexi and Danny.
