Of the same-sex couples in Hollywood, one of the most adorable is Ellen DeGeneres with Portia de Rossi. Ellen had come out of the closet many years ago, but she had not been seen with a partner. Ellen and Portia started dating in 2004 and it was love at first sight for both of them, although it took a while for both of them to say so. These adorable women got married in August 2008 when the California Supreme Court ruled that people of the same sex could marry. Since then everything has been happiness, Ellen continues to host her hit show and Portia has acted in various things. Both have charity and protection projects for animals.
