Pauline Quirke: Dieta de baixas calorias
A comediante e atriz britânica Pauline Quirke sofreu com problemas de peso ao longo dos anos, graças a uma cirurgia e diabetes provocadas durante a gravidez. Mas a atriz de Birds of a Feather acredita que se pode perder peso sem cirurgia também. Ela seguiu uma dieta de baixas calorias, observando o que ela comia e surpreendeu a todos ao passar do tamanho 52 para 44.
