HENK WESTBROEK – ZANGER – 72 JAAR OUD
Na zijn studie sociologie stapte Henk Westbroek snel over naar de radiowereld, waar hij zich in de daaropvolgende twintig jaar een gevestigde naam maakte. Tegelijkertijd was hij de creatieve motor achter de band Het Goede Doel, die meerdere hits afleverde en de Nederlandse hitlijsten domineerde. Hoewel zijn passie voor muziek duidelijk was, had Westbroek ook politieke ambities. Hij flirtte een tijdje met de Utrechtse politiek, maar besloot uiteindelijk in 2002 dat zijn hart toch niet bij de politiek lag. Tegenwoordig geniet hij van een rustiger leven, ver weg van de schijnwerpers, waar hij zich volledig kan richten op zijn familie en naasten.
