Préserver un jeune éléphant n’est pas une tâche facile, surtout un si petit. À l’époque, les gens manquaient de connaissances et de temps pour terminer la mission; par conséquent, ils ne pouvaient pas. La seule chance pour le bébé d’être sauvé serait que quelqu’un descende dans le trou et attache une corde solide autour du cou ou des bras du bébé.
Après cela, une quantité importante de force a été nécessaire pour le sortir du trou. Cependant, parce que la mère était aggravée, cela peut s’avérer fatal, et se rapprocher trop de l’écart pourrait coûter cher à toutes les personnes impliquées.
Par conséquent, ils ont décidé de se détendre et de regarder le monde passer en attendant une idée brillante pour sauver le bébé éléphant.
