Kylie and Kendall Jenner, the reality TV stars turned fashion icons, made quite a feathery splash at the 2019 Met Gala. Kylie wore a lavender ensemble complete with a matching wig, while Kendall appeared in flamingo orange, adorned with frills and feathers.
The theme of “Camp: Notes on Fashion” was meant to inspire outlandish and exaggerated styles, but the Jenner sisters’ interpretations turned heads for all the wrong reasons. The sisters were compared to everyone from the “Cinderella” stepsisters to Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels in “Dumb and Dumber.” Proving that most saw these outfits as a misstep, and more comical than chic.
