Fabiana Alvim é uma ex-jogadora de vôlei que fez parte da seleção brasileira e foi bicampeã olímpica. fabiana hoje é comentarista de vôlei do canal Sportv. Sua companheira é Julia Silva, gerente de seleções da Confederação Brasileira de Vôlei, e elas estão juntas há mais de 8 anos. Depois de um tratamento para fertilização artificial in vitro no final de 2018, Julia acabou engravidando da primeira filha do casal.
Maria Luiza nasceu em julho de 2019 através de parto normal e muito saudável, e só veio para dar mais alegria ao casal que se ama e permanece junto até hoje.
