Já na rede Globo, Mariana estreou na telinha em Andando nas Nuvens como Celi, uma noviça que se apaixonava pelo personagem do ator Caio Blat. Falando em paixão, a atriz terminou o namoro recente amor com Victor Collor, um fotógrafo, colecionador de carros, empresário e modelo.
Apesar de não estarem mais juntos, hoje são apenas apenas amigos. Um dos motivos do término é que a atriz queria ter filhos e o fotógrafo não.
