The United Arab Emirates is a Muslim country with one of the strictest rules regarding how people dress and what they wear. For instance, it’s just not okay to walk shirtless on the streets, as is common in other popular tourist destinations worldwide.
Despite living in the middle of the desert, the locals follow their rules for the latter. Not even the scorching sun will make them remove their attire or wear lighter ones, even when they are surfboard kayaking, which has become one of the most popular water sports. It’s interesting, considering how far ahead they are in terms of technology.
