The mobile phones were produced by “Caviar” in April 2019 in a bid to give users a unique gadget to carry around, and we can’t help but imagine how it feels to carry in a pocket. Only a highly exclusive seven of the Tsar range have been manufactured and sold, and they are all in Dubai.
