Nena – 800.000 Euro Anwesen in Hamburg
Mit Hits wie “99 Luftballons” avancierte Nena in den 80er Jahren zum Megastar und prägte maßgeblich die New Wave Bewegung, nicht nur in Deutschland. Vor einiger Zeit erwarb die Popikone ein hübsches Haus in Hamburg, in dem sie bis heute im ruhigen Wohnbezirk Wandsbek, nordöstlich der Innenstadt, lebt.
Abgesehen von der Schätzung des Hauses auf etwa 800.000 Euro, ist wenig über Nenas Wohnsitz bekannt. Im Vergleich zu anderen deutschen Popmusikern lebt Nena relativ bescheiden. Ihr scheint es wichtiger gewesen zu sein, ihr Vermögen in gute Zwecke zu investieren. Sie erfüllte sich sogar einen Lebenstraum mit der Gründung einer Privatschule, die bei ihrem Schulkonzept stark auf individuelle Freiheit setzt.
