Rogelio Funes es el jugador argentino que llegó como refuerzo del Monterrey ante la contratación de André-Pierre Gignac para los Tigres. Rogelio ha jugado en clubes de renombre como el River Plate, el Benfica Portugues o el Eskisehirspor de Turquía. Rogelio está casado hace varios años con Jorgelina Díaz, quien no es la típica esposa de futbolista. Ella no solo alienta a su esposo en su carrera, sino que también es una ultra fanática del deporte rey y lo juega más que bien. En el torneo de la liga MAMAFUT se coronó como goleadora del campeonato con nada más y nada menos que 13 goles, de los cuales uno fue un golazo de tiro libre en mitad de cancha.
