La modelo cubana Ivette Prieto estaba en una relación con el hermano de Enrique Iglesias, Julio Iglesias Jr., antes de toparse con Michael Jordan. La pareja salió durante casi tres años antes de comprometerse en el 2011 y casarse en el 2013. Los músicos Robin Thicke y Usher se presentaron en su boda de gala celebrada en Palm Beach, en el suroeste de Florida. Jordan tiene tres hijos de su matrimonio anterior con Juanita Vanoy que terminó en un divorcio muy público y los derechos de custodia fueron otorgados a Juanita por su abogado de divorcio.
