Fitness Fail oder geniales Workout?
Hast du dich jemals gefragt, ob es einen falschen Weg gibt, Fitnessgeräte zu benutzen? Unsere Dame in grünen Radlerhosen scheint diese Frage mit einem “Nein” zu beantworten! Auf den ersten Blick sieht es aus, als wäre sie in der Maschine gefangen. Doch bei genauerem Hinsehen wird klar: Sie trainiert eine ganz andere Muskelgruppe als vom Hersteller vorgesehen. Kreativität kennt eben keine Grenzen, nicht einmal im Fitnessstudio!
Während die meisten von uns brav den Anleitungen an den Geräten folgen, hat diese Fitness-Pionierin beschlossen, neue Wege zu gehen. Ob sie wohl den nächsten Fitness-Trend setzt? Vielleicht sehen wir bald überall Menschen, die kopfüber an Beinpressen baumeln oder Sit-ups auf dem Laufband machen.
