Im Kraftsport geht’s oft hoch hinaus – manchmal aber auch ganz schön daneben. Ein junger Muskelprotz wollte es wissen und sich an einer kniffligen Disziplin versuchen. Beim sogenannten “Reißen” muss die Hantel in einem Schwung über den Kopf gehoben werden. Klingt einfach, ist es aber nicht. Unser Amateur hat sich da wohl etwas überschätzt.
Statt triumphierend die Hantel zu stemmen, kracht ihm das schwere Gerät voll aufs Genick. Autsch! Sein Kopf wippt wie ein Spielzeug auf und ab. Das sieht gar nicht gut aus. Hoffentlich hat er sich nichts Ernstes zugezogen. Eine Lehre fürs Leben: Beim Gewichtheben lieber klein anfangen, sonst wird’s schnell peinlich – oder noch schlimmer.
