Ist es eine innovative Stretching-Methode für Trizeps und Brust? Versucht er, seine Rumpfmuskulatur auf unkonventionelle Weise aufzuwärmen? Zugegeben, Dehnen und Aufwärmen sind wichtig, um Verletzungen vorzubeugen. Aber dieses Spektakel lässt selbst erfahrene Gym-Besucher stutzig werden.
