Babys erster Deadlift
Wer sagt, dass man mit dem Krafttraining nicht früh genug anfangen kann? Dieses Baby scheint jedenfalls bereit für seinen ersten Deadlift zu sein. Zwar könnte das Gewicht noch eine Herausforderung darstellen, aber der Gesichtsausdruck sitzt schon wie bei einem Gym-Profi. Mit zusammengepressten Lippen sieht unser kleiner Athlet aus, als würde er gleich 100 Kilo stemmen.
Vielleicht hat er ja auch schon heimlich mit seinen Spielzeugen trainiert? Möglicherweise war die volle Windel sein erstes Trainingsgewicht. Dieses Baby wird in Zukunft nicht nur Milchflaschen heben, sondern auch richtige Hanteln. Und wer weiß, vielleicht wird “Gaga” bald sein Lieblingswort – nicht weil es sein erstes Wort ist, sondern weil er es beim Gewichtheben grunzt.
