Wahnsinn: Diese Fitness-Fotos sind so peinlich, dass selbst du rot wirst!
Plyometrisches Desaster
Im Fitnessstudio herrscht reges Treiben, als eine junge Frau mit plyometrischem Training beginnt. Voller Energie springt sie über eine Hürde, als wäre es ein Kinderspiel. Doch beim letzten Sprung nimmt das Schicksal eine überraschende Wendung. Sie verheddert sich mit den Füßen, verliert das Gleichgewicht und landet unsanft genau dort, wo es am meisten wehtut. Die anderen Gym-Besucher zucken zusammen, als sie den dumpfen Aufprall hören.
Mit schmerzverzerrtem Gesicht bleibt sie einen Moment regungslos liegen, bevor sie sich langsam aufrappelt. Trotz der Peinlichkeit kann sie sich ein Grinsen nicht verkneifen und murmelt: “Na, das nenne ich mal einen Sprung in die Unsterblichkeit – zumindest in der Gym-Bloopers-Halle der Schande!”
