Ein überraschender Anblick bot sich kürzlich in einem Fitnessstudio: Ein außergewöhnlich großer Mann auf einem Crosstrainer hatte eine kreative Lösung für sein Größenproblem gefunden. Statt sich zu bücken, steckte er einfach seinen Kopf durch ein Loch in der Decke! Die anderen Gym-Besucher staunten nicht schlecht, als sie den Hünen sahen, der buchstäblich “über den Dingen” stand.
Der Mann trainierte unbeeindruckt weiter, während sein Kopf im Stockwerk darüber verweilte. Vielleicht wollte er ja nur einen Blick in die Zukunft werfen – denn wer so trainiert, dem steht der Himmel offen. Unser Typ hat das “Über-Kopf-Training” auf ein ganz neues Level gehoben.
