Hanteltanz im Fitnesszirkus
Ein junger Fitness-Enthusiast hat kürzlich das Internet im Sturm erobert. Mit einer waghalsigen Aktion zeigte er, dass Krafttraining auch Showeinlage sein kann. Balancierend auf zwei Hanteln, führte er gleichzeitig Kniebeugen durch und stemmte Gewichte. Sein Trainer, vor Staunen sprachlos, wurde kurzerhand zum Zuschauer degradiert. Ein Freund verewigte den Moment für die Nachwelt – und das Netz explodierte vor Begeisterung.
Manch einer munkelt, Zirkusse hätten schon Schlange gestanden, um dieses Multitalent zu verpflichten. Doch Vorsicht: Bitte nicht zu Hause nachmachen! Dieser Muskel-Akrobat hat offensichtlich jahrelang trainiert, um solche Kunststücke zu vollführen. Wer weiß, vielleicht sehen wir ihn bald bei “Germany’s Got Talent” – als ersten Menschen, der Hanteln zum Fliegen bringt!
