Schlemmen und Schwitzen
Du betrittst dein Fitnessstudio und siehst Menschen, die auf Crosstrainern schwitzen. Nichts Ungewöhnliches, denkst du. Doch dann fällt dein Blick auf einen Tisch mit einem Logo, das dich stutzig macht: Krispy Kreme! Der Donut-Gigant hat sich ausgerechnet hier niedergelassen. Es ist, als würde der Teufel in der Kirche Weihwasser verkaufen. Aber vielleicht ist das ja die neueste Marketingstrategie: “Verbrenne Kalorien, damit du mehr von unseren Donuts essen kannst!”
Die Ironie ist zum Greifen nah. Während die einen verzweifelt versuchen, ihre Fettpölsterchen loszuwerden, lockt der süße Duft frischer Donuts vom Nachbartisch. Ob das wohl die neue Definition von ausgewogener Ernährung ist? Trainieren und gleichzeitig den nächsten Cheat Day planen?
