Unfreiwilliger Bodenübung
Plyometrics – das klingt nach einer Trainingsmethode für Superhelden. Tatsächlich ist es eine Art des Workouts, bei der du über Hindernisse springst, als wärst du ein Känguru auf Kaffee. Ziel ist es, deine Muskeln so zu fordern, dass sie vor Kraft nur so strotzen. Doch Vorsicht: Was einfach aussieht, kann deine Muskeln schneller ermüden lassen als du “Ich bin fit” sagen kannst.
Genau das scheint unserem unglücklichen Helden hier passiert zu sein. Mit dem Elan eines Olympioniken wollte er sich vom Boden abstoßen und elegant auf dem Stepper landen. Doch stattdessen machte er unfreiwillig Bekanntschaft mit dem Boden. Tja, manchmal landet man eben nicht auf dem Stepper, sondern auf dem Hosenboden.
