Schools and universities typically impose strict security measures to ensure the safety of their students and faculty, one of which is requiring IDs to be carried. While these things are relatively mundane, one teacher from California decided to stand out from the crowd.
Brian Dennert, a teacher at Royal High School, was photographed wearing a Princess Leia costume and holding a blaster, all for his ID card! This photo quickly went viral, eliciting amusement from many people. A dash of creativity can go a long way, even in a security-sensitive environment. Dennert proved this with his recreation from the “Star Wars “A New Hope.”
