Britney Spears: Avoids Junk Food & Works Out
Teen pop star Britney Spears has had her share of ups and downs. Her messy divorce, followed by a mental breakdown gave us a look into some of the worst time of her life. The singer piled on a lot of weight due to bad eating habits and her mental ailment, but decided to get her life back on track with the help of proper diet, and weight loss exercises. Britney hasn’t been shy when it comes to sharing her journey; the singer quit junk food, and went into alcohol rehab at home. Now, she eats healthy but doesn’t deprive herself, and hits the gym two to three times a week which serves as an insurance against her weight troubles.
