Kirsten decidió que necesitaba bajar de peso y ella optó por una solución muy diferente a otros miembros de la lista, ella decidió seguir el plan de pérdida de peso del libro de Renée Stephens, Full-Filled. Al parecer fue un éxito, ya que Kirsten logró perder más de 20 kilos y luce maravillosa a sus 47 años.
