Longtime host of Inside Edition & the Today Show has made quite the dramatic transformation in her appearance. The longtime anchor has dropped 30 pounds in recent months making her look and most importantly, feel, as healthy as ever. She attributes her success to cutting out foods that end in “ose” meaning nothing with high fructose syrups, lactose and glucose. The revelation happened when she was sitting with her doctor, getting lectured on her high blood pressure, as heart issues runs through her family. She dubbed her pre-weight loss as the “Fat 50s” and she is extremely happy to say goodbye to that nickname! Here’s to a fresh start in 2019 for the beloved TV host!
