Lionel Richie’s daughter Nicole Richie started out as a reality TV show star, and over the years, she has evolved to be an actress, as well as a fashion designer. As someone who was almost always under public scrutiny, Richie made sure to keep her weight satisfactory, but at some point, she may have felt the need to be slimmer. Rumor has it that she tried a sunflower seed diet which resulted to a drastic weight loss, her total weight coming down to 88 pounds at one point. Many people speculated that she was suffering from eating disorders but the actress has denied these.
