Con una hipertensión arterial que lo llevó al hospital, Penn tuvo que bajar de peso de inmediato, cosa que logró siguiendo la dieta de la papa. Él no comió nada más que papas por dos semanas y milagrosamente perdió 70 libras en unos cuantos meses. Hoy, el mago está saludable y ha dejado la carne, el azúcar, las gaseosas y los productos refinados; él disfruta de los verdes, de las patatas, de los guisos y de ensaladas grandes y nunca se ha sentido mejor.
