When One Conjoined Twin Finds Love, The Story Gets Even Wilder
A Classroom Like No Other
Beginning their teaching careers at their hometown elementary school marked an exciting new chapter for the Hensel sisters. This opportunity allowed the twins to use their hard-earned education degrees while staying close to family and working together as a team. The school took steps to prepare staff and students for their unique new teachers, easing some of the fears Abby and Brittany felt.
They worried the children might be uncomfortable with their appearance as conjoined twins. But thanks to the school’s efforts, they were welcomed with warmth and curiosity. Quickly, the twins’ teamwork became a strength in the classroom, helping them forge unique connections with their students.
