When One Conjoined Twin Finds Love, The Story Gets Even Wilder

Abby and Brittany long expressed a hope to settle down and start a family, sparking curiosity about their love lives. While their reality show gave insight into the unique challenges they face as conjoined twins, it didn’t delve into romance or intimacy. Recently, the twins addressed this curiosity; in 2021, Abby married Josh Bowling, a U.S. Army veteran and registered nurse.
The marriage remained private until March 2024, when public records revealed their union. Following the announcement, the twins shared wedding photos and videos on social media. Despite the public interest, Abby and Brittany continue to value their privacy, focusing on their teaching careers and family life.
