When One Conjoined Twin Finds Love, The Story Gets Even Wilder
Two Arms Beat Three
Fashion-wise, Abby and Brittany celebrate their individuality despite the unique challenges of sharing a body. Each twin controls one side of their shared body, leading to unique challenges in coordination. Abby, slightly taller at 5 feet 2 inches, walks flat-footed, while Brittany, at 4 feet 10 inches, walks on her toes to compensate for the height difference.
Mastering the basics of movement was no small feat for these sisters. From crawling to running, they had to coordinate every action from a young age. Remarkably, they were born with a third arm between their heads, which was surgically removed to allow for more comfortable shoulder movement.
