When One Conjoined Twin Finds Love, The Story Gets Even Wilder

Although the school was happy to have the twins, practical matters like pay and benefits required thoughtful consideration. The administration faced a question: Should the twins receive separate salaries? The issue was sent to human resources for a fair and legal assessment. As teachers of dual grade levels in a small town, they were classified as part-time employees, as they didn’t work a full school day.
Consequently, they received a single salary. It’s uncertain whether they receive double benefits and retirement contributions, but they plan to negotiate for fair compensation in the future. Their journey highlights an ongoing challenge in finding equitable solutions to ensure their contributions are fully recognized.
