According to official records, this sprawling house, which was previously known as Janice Place, is worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $22.5 million. Designed by the architect Adrian Rudomin, the home has a sauna, a theater, a private library, and a vast living area with a high ceiling. There are eight bedrooms and ten baths in all. A total of sixteen persons can be accommodated at Janice Place.

Rihanna purchased the home in 2009 for $6.9 million. Because of the moisture leaking, the remodeling company had to fix some significant issues with moisture leakage. Rihanna decided to put the location up for sale after experiencing so many difficulties. Compared to the price she paid and its current Value, she only got $5.03 million when she sold it.
